Today's Progress - Almost According to Plans

Got the scimitar blades painted, and the shields glued in place. Spent a lot of time playing cards and board games with my daughters, so there was no time for any more progress.

Tomorrow, the girls are away for a bracelet workshop in Ringe most of the day, and I expect to get the shield bosses, the shield rims, the scimitar handles, and the shield backs painted (not necessarily in that order). I may have time to do some touch-ups after that, but we shall have to see about that...
