Maybe the Driest Summer Ever

Here you can see one of the reasons that I do not paint as much as anticipated. It is summer in Denmark, as I can hardly remember it has been summer before - it is hot and dry, and much of my day is spent watering the tennis clay courts, while the late afternoon and evening is spent watching the World Cup while moving the garden sprinkler in between.

Another reason is that the school holidays have begun, so I have both my daughters at home most of the day, and I do not like to withdraw to my man-cave when I can spend time with them. Well, at least I can finish the Greek archers in a couple of days when we get back from France...
