It's actually mor...Thanks for the nice comment!<br />It's actually more 25mm - I used a washer a bit smaller than 25mm for the base, which creates a visual impression of added size.<br />I'm not aware of the manufacturer, as he was part of a lot I won on Evilbay couple of years ago, but I have a couple more that I'll probably want to get done to accompany him (and they could be used for some VSF, too, if given the opportunity!).
